Mandate:  Sales and New Business Development Executive is to start up and keep constant the flow of New Business into the Specialised Management Group - KSA. The main purpose of NBD Executive is to maintain a constant stream of new business into the company. This stream of new business is to create demand to which the operations in the form of the SMG service offering will ensure supply. Supply will be driven through SMG Head Office assistance in the initial stages where after local staffing capacity will be sought.

The outline of the role, as a general standard is as follows:

Applicant has high integrity and is creditable/presentable in the markets required and has great sales skills to the private and public sectors.  

Can articulate, without extensive orientation, understand and enjoy the type of services and products offered by SMG.

Can place the SMG products and services by matching the needs of the prospective client in terms of NEW Business.

Is well-organised and methodical.

Is creative in terms of the ability to create new opportunity angles.

Ability to be flexible in the creation of presentation materials and approaches to suit various circumstances.

Is dynamic and has an approachable - a clients person with good CRM and account management skills.

Can relate to the key levels that require selling to.

Is able to travel extensively and has own transport.

Is self-motivated, able to set/achieve goals and can operate with the minimum of supervision.

Is diligent in relation to attending NBD meetings and tracking own progress.

Is fully versed in the ability to identify tender opportunities and to participate in taking advantage of these opportunities.

Is computer literate.

Is a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (working/residential visa)

All applicants must have previous experience in the Management Consulting/Training & Development fields in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).  Project and/or Process Management experience is preferable.

Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
 

Interviews will take place in Riyadh (KSA). Dates to be confirmed.  Failure to attend an interview session will result in disqualification from the application process.
